At Your Local Children's Museum

"No Running?!?” Please do!
Children's museums are chock full of places for kids to use their muscles. The excitement of just being there sets kids in perpetual motion, climbing, stretching, hanging, tumbling, twisting and more.

During your visit ask your children from time to time what muscles they used after a given experience. On the way home, ask what muscles they remember using and to think of things they can do outside of the children's museum that would use those muscles.
